They would give "promotions" with no pay increase, title only and expect you to do the extra work. Tips only came through once a month and would often be short, the first few months I worked here I saw absolutely $0 in tip money because storeowners neglected to tell us for that entire span of time (at least 3 months) that we were putting tips in wrong, and we needed to perform an extra step none of us were even aware of. Store owners did not care about us or our needs, would constantly demand unreasonable things from us or things outside of pay grade. ![]() Visitors choose premade ceramic items to paint and have.
